Frankie, believe it or not, is something that was developed in order to address a very specific issue. Once upon a time (in a land that may be far, far away for some) Frankie’s proprietors, A. Fine and J.E. Sinclair, found themselves being tapped on the shoulder by a large entity of the federal government. Impressed by their credentials and reputation for inventive solutions, the Federal Government looked to Sinclair and Fine to come up with a solution for their current email-related woes. This problem is one that faces many large corporations and government entities— massive piles of old email data in need of a new home. Never a pair to bow out of a good challenge, Fine and Sinclair brought forth a one-of-a-kind solution— a brainchild that eventually came to be known as “Frankie”.
Although Frankie was created to address a very specific issue, it wasn’t long before Fine and Sinclair’s eyes were widely pried open to what exactly it was that they created. Yes, this may be something that came to be as a result of a very specific entity’s issue, but this is something that many companies have been grappling with for ages. It was at this moment of realization that one thing became abundantly clear— the world needed to meet Fine and Sinclair’s new creation and friend, Frankie.
With the growth of the Frankie toolset technology came the growth of a vibrant team who continues to develop Frankie features and programs, including a new Managed Services Email Archive Cloud service called Frankie’s Cloud. Frankie’s Cloud includes a nice, sleek and secure migration program, interface, and plan that allows customers to store their old archives for as long as they wish… and search their old data in Frankie’s Cloud 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and for years to come!
